To best view this Apple Book on iPad, make sure Scrolling View is turned off.

With your Apple Book loaded, tap the screen to see the AA symbol at the upper-right of your screen

Tap on the AA to obtain the drop-down menu as shown below:

Make sure Scrolling View is off.
